Here’s how I personally simplify my systems:

❥ I tag names I need to remember inside Notes and add context like “met on Spaces” or “buys ebooks”

❥ I use pinned DMs + bookmark folders on X as mini to-do lists

❥ I keep a recurring “daily review” task that reminds me to check back on comments, convos, and leads (dry-erase sticky notes are a game changer: https://amzn.to/3UI82zh … thank me later 😉)

❥ I write down the last message sent for cold DMs so I can pick up threads later without sounding clueless

❥ I use AI (aka you know who lol) to summarize long convos and pull next steps

Again…. You do not need a fancy AF software (that lets be honest, overwhelms you too). It just has to work with YOUR flow.
