1. Pay attention.

The best ideas come when you’re not looking for them.

Train your mind to notice what makes you pause or contemplate.

2. Write down small things.

That thought while waiting for your latte? Gold.

That song lyric that suddenly hit you? Post about why you like it.

3. Focus on feeling, not formatting.

Skip the fancy structure for raw thought posts.

If it made you feel something, it’ll make someone else feel something too.

4. Don’t edit the life out of it.

Perfection kills relatability.

Let it be slightly messy, human… RAW.

EXAMPLE

Instead of:
“I had a productive day today.”

Try:
“I finally finished that project I’d been avoiding. Hit send. Sat there for a full minute. Exhaled. Ever have one of those moments?”
