None of those are true.

And scripts can be rewritten.

Five good days.
One slip.
Suddenly you “ruined everything.”
No… you had one human moment.
➤ It turns doubt into self-sabotage.
One bad mood and it reaches for the old escape hatch.
Comfort habits.
Avoidance.
Delay.

So how do you deal with it?
Don’t fight the voice.
No need to argue with it.
You don’t try to silence it.
→ You notice it.
That’s the power move.
When it starts up, say:
↳ “Thanks for the warning. I’m choosing this.”
↳ “I see what you’re doing but I’m doing what I need to do.”
That’s it.

✓ You survived that hard day
✓ You felt the urge but didn’t spiral
✓ You sat with discomfort and stayed true
Every small action becomes evidence.
And then you do the unglamorous thing:
➤ You get out of bed
➤ You make the coffee
➤ You do the work anyway
Just… keep it consistent.
That’s how you stop letting your mind lead.
