Use this prompt:

Help me work through a decision I’m struggling with. Ask me questions that will help clarify what matters most to me. Reflect my answers back and highlight the values showing up.

Why it works:

I had an emotional reaction today. Help me unpack why it triggered me, what it reminded me of, and what I can learn from it. Ask me appropriate questions to help me understand why I reacted the way I did and how I can prevent it from happening next time.

Why this matters:

  • → Triggers are data

  • → Reactions point to old stories or hidden trauma

  • → Awareness of your triggers lead to control

Ask it:

Where might my thinking be flawed?
What assumptions am I making?

That’s where the real insight lives.
