☑️ Step 1: Stop interacting with “trash”

Scroll past the rage bait and posts you do not like
Don’t quote-post them to talk about how “bad” it is!

➤ Mute annoying topics or keywords from settings
[settings & privacy → mute and block → muted words]

☑️ Step 2: Feed it better signals

Like posts you actually want more of
Bookmark images you want to see again

➤ Watch videos of creators you want on your feed

☑️ Step 3: Curate your follows

Unfollow accounts that no longer fit
Don’t be afraid to follow new people in your current niche.
